Hey gang

I think i need a new rear tire, wearing out faster than I had expected.
My rear Bridgestone BT-045 is pretty much worn out after (14,000km)
So i was looking into buying tires for my Ninja.

Any other Ninja 500 interested getting tires with me?

Front: 110/80/17
Rear: 140/70/17

That the size I've been riding and I'm sticking to it. Tires are really good for the price you buy in my opinion.

or are we getting a large group buy in spring again?

I can't afford them right now, but I'd join in another group buy for them in a month.

Ya, we usually do this in the spring. Chiller mostly organizes it but I did it once a couple yrs ago. This way we don't have to store our rubber over the winter

Thanks to the Mrs Minivan driver in April, I won't probably need new tires until after next riding season. I didn't ride enough this year.

i will try to organize another one in spring time and see how that goes, as it is right now my tires are half worn on the ST, the FZ6 has brand spanking new tires on it about 3 weeks ago, and the ST also has another set of tires in the garage ...

I'll be ready for tires in the spring. 9k on the Stradas and still more than a 1/4 inch to go to the wear bars.

I think I'll order a nice set of Kenda Trackmasters to have on hand in case I'm on the wear bars. Perhaps I should get three sets of tires in the next buy.

hahaha your tires are so cheap you can do that, LOL

mine are almost done... 15,000km, kind of taking it easy on them now.
