I just disabled Daylight Savings Time and it fixed it, but shouldn't enabling this automatically change the time according to what day it is? This means that I'll have to enable it again in the spring when we jump forward an hour? Shouldn't this be automatic?

The time works for me when I UNCHECKED the "Enable Daylight Savings Time Correction" box in my User CP > Options :

I plan to upgrade the board sometime this week.
